Condensing Gas Water Heater
A market innovator that performs with above 100% thermal energy efficiency
Setting us apart…
Inner tank materials made to last
The inner tank is made from carbon steel with protective acid-resistant vitreous enamel coating inside and encased with high density insulation and a tough zinc plated outer casing. Compared to standard stainless-steel tanks, which are easily rusted during the welding line, the unit itself is built to stand the test of time.
50mm think flurine-free polyurethane form for 24 hours insulation
Eco-friendly material while keeping the warmth as long as possible, maximise the energy efficiency of the unit
Tubular heat exchanger
A standard water tank with a regular heat exchanger would corrode due to acidic condensing water building up along with high temperature. Our innovative tubular heat exchanger resolves this pressure, cooling the tank by allowing for fluid heat to exchange or flow between the tubes within the unit.
Industrial-grade acid-resistance enamel technology
This super high acid-resistance material is most commonly used in industrial chemical reactors, due to the fact that the glass-lined enamel layer can effectively resist the corrosion of strong acid molecules for 80,000 hours, thereby protecting the water exchanger and prolonging the service life of the condensing gas water heater.
Anti-fish scaling double-sided glassline technology
Anti-fish scaling double-sided enamel lining technology as advanced technology often utilised in chemical industry and we applied this technology to the heat exchanger of condensing gas water heater to meet the double-sided anti-corrosion requirements .
Designed to supply large quantities of hot water for commercial application, our Condensing Gas Water Heater exceeds 100% thermal efficiency.
Using natural gas as fuel, water is heated in the cylinder of this gas storing water heater. To improve heat efficiency, our innovative condensation waste heat recovery device is built inside the unit to harness the waste heat and re-utilize it. This condensing technology decreases carbon dioxide and nitrogen emission, making it a more environmentally sound solution to conserving energy consumption.

What is the difference between an ordinary storage gas water heater and a storage condensing gas water heater?
Gas water heaters produce a large amount of high-temperature flue gas during combustion and heating, which is forced to discharge. In contrast, condensing gas water heaters collect the heat of the flue gas after combustion – that cannot be used by ordinary water heaters – to preheat cold water and reduce the heat generated by the gas combustion process. This heat utilisation rate is extremely high, with a possibility to reach 96% or more. As a result, the maximum exhaust gas temperature is only about 60°C. After the cold water is preheated within the water heater, it requires less heat, and therefore less gas being used, to heat to the set temperature. Compared with traditional gas water heaters, a condensing gas water heater is much more environmentally sound.

What is the difference between the internal enamel of our condensing gas water heater and the enamel of other gas water heaters?
Condense uses state-of-the-art enamel coating for our inner tanks. The material is similar to carbon steel metal, a highly durable choice. Combining acid-resistant glass-lined glaze with the anti-scaling double-sided enamel technology, our patented innovations are pioneers in the industry.
-
What is the difference between stainless steel and our enamel-lined water heaters?
There are several advantages of our enamel-lined water heaters compared to standard stainless steel water heaters, including its super anti-corrosion resistance, its anti-scaling design which keeps the inner tank smooth and clean, its high-strength pressure bearing ability to ensure safety and long-term use, and its high efficiency in heat preservation, facilitating not only longer heat, but a longer service lifespan.
