New Technology coming to our tanks Late 2023
The biggest feature of our condensing gas water heater is its ability to recover the heat of flue gas, ensuring its energy efficiency can reach more than 100%.
Typically with other products in the market, sulfides in the flue gas will be condensed into acidic condensed water. The steam stays in the lower bottom area of the heat exchanger, and over time, the acid corrosiveness of the condensed water will become stronger until the material of the heat exchanger finally corrodes. When this happens, the life of the condensing gas water heater comes to an end.
The issue with the stainless-steel materials commonly used in the market is that the weld is often too easily corroded. Therefore, the acid resistance of the heat exchanger is an important factor to determine the service lifespan of a condensing gas water heater furnace.
In response to such high acid-resistance requirements, Condense independently researched and developed our patented acid-resistance and anti-corrosion material – industrial glass-lined porcelain enamel. This super high acid-resistance material is most commonly used in industrial chemical reactors, due to the fact that the glass-lined enamel layer can effectively resist the corrosion of strong acid molecules for 80,000 hours, thereby protecting the water exchanger and prolonging the service life of the condensing gas water heater.
